Happy Valentine's Day!

If one were to look at my life through this blog, then it would be hard to miss that Stephanie has played a larger role in it recently. So, I figured today would be an appropriate day to update this blog on her visit to Korea. If you weren't able to tell by the pictures- We had an amazing time together! We knew many people were praying for us- and honestly, it was all I had hoped for...and More.

Her first week here I still had a few days of work- and we both were glad that she was able to visit the academy. My students loved her! And they better have because I'd been prepping them for a good while beforehand! [They still talk about her often!] Some of the other activites we were able to do during this week were: being taken out by Mr. Lee to a nice Korean dinner, riding on the motorcycle, ice skating, and even seeing one of Stephanie's good friends from college who is here teaching English.
For the second week of her stay, I had vacation time from work and we were able to venture out and do even more. We saw many popular sites, but what we enjoyed most was simply being with the other person- because it felt so long since we'd been able to deepen this side of our relationship. We were able to be natural together, real, open, and funny with the other person and we loved it! It showed us that we are able to live out what we have been patiently waiting for.. and that patience is paying off :) We have more months apart ahead of us but we both are commited to each other and letting the Lord keep us close. And it has been amazing to see how He has been doing just that...
